I had 2 sets of heads, one that came off my motor(1991), and one I
bought from another member on a local forum. They are NA heads but
that's not the issue here.
It appears I'm missing one of the camshaft caps off of the set of heads I
bought, Ive searched high and low(ziplock they were in broke) and I
haven't came across it. However I have my other camshaft caps but they
are not numbered nor do they have ID bumps on the top of them. Would it hurt to use the non numbered, smooth cap vs, the matching
numbered, brail looking ID cap? I don't want to mismatch, I know components wear in a certain way, but
I didn't know if it could hurt anything here cause I really can't fin that
other cap.
